The Texas Center for the Judiciary (TCJ) is a nonprofit organization that has served the state's judicial branch for more than 50 years, supporting a membership of more than 3,500 active and retired judges and court professionals. The organization serves as the official registrar of continuing legal education (CLE) for the Texas judiciary, tracking compliance with legislatively mandated requirements that vary by judge type, term date, and specialty training area.

TCJ also delivers education and peer-networking opportunities through roughly 13 conferences and specialty programs each year.

THE PROBLEM

TCJ relied on scattered, hard-to-access methods for distributing conference materials and reaching its members. Session materials lived only within individual conference apps, making them difficult to locate for judges who had attended, and inaccessible to those who hadn't
