Frequently Asked Questions

What versions of iMIS can be used with Clowder? Clowder can easily integrate with both iMIS EMS and iMIS 2017. There are some options also available for earlier versions. However, these are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
How long does it take to complete the data integration configuration? Request your Clowder representative to start the integration process between iMIS and Clowder. Assuming you are already on the current latest version of Clowder, this connection can be established quickly. We require some basic information on your iMIS environment and can provide a base set of IQA's to get you started.
